We’ve also partnered with Magi Farm to tackle food waste. By using maggots to process organic waste, we’re able to divert up to 100% of food waste from landfills. The byproducts create nutrient-rich compost that enhances our landscaping, completing our closed-loop sustainability model. As Mrs. Melida Weber, our General Manager, puts it: “Sustainability is no longer an option—it’s a necessity.”
We’re proud to showcase Chef Nyoman Suasa’s GreenCage, a forward-thinking project that grows fresh herbs right here on our grounds. This innovation not only protects our crops from local wildlife but also ensures the freshest ingredients for our kitchen, reducing carbon footprints and promoting organic farming practices.
